SyntelligenceIT provides Dedicated Pods, Staff Augmentation, and Outcome-Based teams. We adhere to strict delivery SLAs:

• Pod Kickoff SLA: Standard pods are assembled and onboarded into active sprint cycles within 10-14 business days of contract execution.
• Risk-Free Trial Period: New client engagements include a 2-week risk-free evaluation period. If performance expectations are not met, the client may terminate with zero penalty.
• Replacement Guarantee: If any engineer in your pod is not an ideal technical or cultural fit, SyntelligenceIT will provide an alternate senior engineer within 5 business days at zero transition cost.

Services are billed as predictable monthly retainers per engineer or pod structure. After the initial commitment term specified in the Statement of Work (SOW), contracts can be scaled, paused, or terminated with standard 30-day written notice.
